Pdub my copy of 1970 catalog says 6H, 225 ma, 100 ohms, 2700 volts. G5 case.
smoothing not a swinger. I think Larry is off by one digit S32 is a swinger 20/4H same current resistance and voltage. fc

Here is the scanned page from my UTC catalogue #500.  I hope I do this correctly.

Both S31 and S32 are the same  case, same resistance, same voltage rating so how does one be a swinger and the other 20 h smoothing. I would guess the S31 and S32 have the same core and winding. The only difference is the Gap. S32 has a small gap to get it to 20 H while S31 has a wide gap making it less L and a smoothing.
I think the 1970 catalog is accurate and your PDF has an error based on my design experience.

Thanks for the info. I measured the inductance and it looks to be ~22H at low signal levels.  I wanted to use it in the screen circuit of the 4x1.

That sounds like the swinging choke. You could convert it by making the gap wider. Guess there is an error in the 1970 catalog.
Try to put some DC bias on it and remeasure it.
