VOA chief - horse racing

The chairman of VOA's managing agency, the Broadcasting Board of Governors, has been cited for improper conduct in office.

You may remember he caused controversy among VOA supporters over Radio Sawa and television Al Hurra, for missions the VOA traditionally served.

Yep, and there will be horse racing at the transmittter sites...just watch out for the guy lines.
