Use an "AM Courtesy Filter" to limit transmit audio bandwidth  +-4.5 KHz, +-6.0 KHz or +-8.0 KHz when needed.  Easily done in DSP.

There was another that I think was on Long Island, NY. That station was in an atic and looked like something right out of 1925.

I wonder if anyone knows what QST that was in?

Jack - are you sure that's Tim in that 1968 photo?  Looks more like "Chip" from the old "My Three Sons" sitcom!!! Tongue  I think the actor who played him was named Barry Livingston.

BTW. XYL has a cousin who is a dead ringer for young Dean KNX they could pass for brothers.
