I have a question on the carrier control pot used in the mod. Is that supposed to be 50 or 50K ohms? The reason I ask is because the original circuit has a 33k resistor from the cathode to ground. I've got an old DX-60B that I'd like to bring back to life.

It's definitely 50K ohms.  Typo but seems obvious enough.
