I have a new audio transformer from Gates that was ordered as a spare about 30 years ago.  It was for one of the gates BC-1F, G or H series.  I think it is the driver transformer for the 833A's.

Numbers on the case are as follows:  AS315K, and 478-0048-000

If anyone has one of these transmitters would check the parts list, I would appreciate it.

Thanks and have a safe and happy fourth.

Don't see it in BC250GY, BC1F or BC1G.  Try Barry Mishkin's Old Radio site.

The transformer is the audio driver for the BC1-E and BC1-F transmitters.

PP 845's to PP 833A grids....today's replacement cost...$225.00.

If I remember correctly, this transformer was about $40.00 when it was ordered as a spare (1970).

Anyway....it's available.
