Congress is NOW looking at CHANGES that will allow us HOA Hams to USE OUTSIDE ANTENNAS!!!

It is bill HR 9670 sponsored by Bill Johnson / Ohio.

It would CERTAINLY BE HELPFUL for us Hams to contact our REPRESENTATIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS...if you 'planning' on moving to ANOTHER STATE...you can call THAT STATE REPRESENTATIVE...and MENTION 'that'.

The bill was NOT taken up in the Congress which ENDED this January

The info that I had read recently on the BILL status did NOT MENTION THIS.

So much for info from the Government...

AFAIK there is a very well heeled Florida attorney whom is politically connected that has vowed this will never happen.

They always die.  Usually before committee.  It's progress, at least.
