It is bill HR 9670 sponsored by Bill Johnson / Ohio. It would CERTAINLY BE HELPFUL for us Hams to contact our REPRESENTATIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The bill was NOT taken up in the Congress which ENDED this January The info that I had read recently on the BILL status did NOT MENTION THIS. So much for info from the Government...
