For those of you who might have known Donn Nottage, W8JGP, sadly,  he passed away yesterday. Donn was a ham for 54 years and 20-25 years ago was very active in the AM activity. I remember his Globe Kings, BC610, and HB's. Many times visiting his home he'd be chatting with WA3PUN, VYZ and PYT to name a few !!
He was also a active RTTY guy, and I still have his Model 15 and 14 that I bought from him years ago !!

Rest in peace OM

Bob,

I heard Don occasionally on his 440 repeater.  He didn't sound good recently--kind of frail.  What happened?  Any details?  I seem to remember that he had some heart trouble.

Sorry to hear of his passing. I don't think I ever had a QSO but I do remember his call from my early JN SWL days. And so they go ....
