I have been "enclosing" my SSB amp project.  Pretty fun!  Nothing is square or straight but it works at 10 feet.  ;-)

Hello Rich,

How do you make you bends in the aluminum?

It looks good to me.

I have used 1/8 aluminum plates and then connect everything with aluminum angle on the inside corners.  The only downfall for me going with the aluminum angle idea is, holes have to be drilled in all corners from top to bottom to insert the screws through the plates and the aluminum angle.

Anyway your project is looking good.

Thanks for the info.
This may have been covered in one of your previous threads but do you have a shear to cut the aluminum to size or did you have your supplier cut it to size for you?

I buy from onlinemetals.com which will cut to size for free.  I also make cuts using a circular saw with and aluminum cutting blade.
