This new one looks very good, 900V 35A 65m ohms, low gate cap, and plenty fast enough. In stock with D and M.

The 7 lead D2 package has me scratching my head.  How to solder a 35A drain connection??
Anyway have 2 on order to play with.

If it does not have a hole in it, they usually just solder the Drain tab right to the heat spreader / heat sink assembly and then that assembly is isolated since it likely has HV on it.  At those power levels you want the lowest possible Delta T between the two mating junctions.

Looks like a great device.

The supplier DK now has the C3M0065090D in a TO247 pack in stock.
Two of these should do 450W or so in AM on 80M and possibly 40M in a more familiar and manageable package.  Will find out soon.
