Someone here mentioned using a credit card for material in fixing the Valiant coupler.  Seemed like a good idea so that is what I used.  I had trouble making everything concentric so I made a little drawing with a PCB program.  Just cut out the circle, tape to a credit card or gift card, center punch the four holes, and drill.

  Thanks Rich,

      Ranger uses the same scheme.. Maybe others, I use Teflon
for the insulator but keeping things lined up is an issue.
