Title: Valiant VFO Coupler
Post by: W7SOE on February 03, 2015, 01:39:49 PM
Someone here mentioned using a credit card for material in fixing the Valiant coupler.  Seemed like a good idea so that is what I used.  I had trouble making everything concentric so I made a little drawing with a PCB program.  Just cut out the circle, tape to a credit card or gift card, center punch the four holes, and drill.

  Thanks Rich,

Ranger uses the same scheme.. Maybe others, I use Teflon
for the insulator but keeping things lined up is an issue.

Nice way to get rid of credit card debt and repurpose at the same time on a tight budget! 😳
