Dr. McCoy: How are you with primitive radio equipment?
Spock: Very simple. Amplitude modulation transmission. Simply adjust the frequency, throw this switch. The Enterprise should answer.
Radio Voice: That was the Jailbreakers with their latest recording on Request Time, brought to you by Bang-Bang, the makers of the sweetest little automatic in the wor...
Spock: [switches radio off] Fascinating.
Dr. McCoy: And very simple.

You're all invited over to my place play Fizbin Seriously, my younger child who was quite a Treky, even at his young age actually memorized the "rules" for Fizbin and insisted that we all play. We played once, and after that, no one else in the family would ever play again!! Fizbin, another legacy from that same Star Trek episode.

Spock: I believe there was something called a "Clutch".
Don't forget Oxmyx and his boys.

Don't remember the exact wording, but the scene where Kirk is trying to tell the Enterprise to fire main phasors on wide angle stun for a block around his location was really interesting.
"In a few years, they may be wanting a piece of OUR action".

I like the scene where Kirk hooks up with the alien woman.
Oh, wait, that's every show.

The picture shows Spock making a few final adjustments to the first Class E rig to successfully get on the air. Note that Spock is using ancient QIX clip-lead technology to get it all going. I'm pretty sure most of the people in this forum recognize that smoke in the air from all the homebrewing that goes on here...

Fantastic one Rob! But Steve has calculated the parasitic inductance of each clip lead! That's why his circuits work so in that build style! Joe, GMS

ahhhsooo! I now get the Fizbin comment. So Steve did you play the game and include Thompsons and 45s? Could explain why you only played once. Rob...good one! But we all know that is a tube PWM. Fascinating. The solid state PWMs did not smoke (well except mine). No tribble at all.... I also like the original trek series. Never took to the newer ones.... p
