It's alive. IT'S ALIVE!!!

Can anyone help me identify this noise source? I hear it, primarily during the day, from 3.5 to at least 7.3 Mhz. I recorded this last night around 10 PM EDT on 40m, but the signal strength of the noise was down. Sometimes this interference goes away completely. A regular noise blanker can do nothing with it.

It sounds eerily like the old Russian Woodpecker.

I'm outta control, plain and simple. Now I have a broadcast transmitter.
