Hi Everyone - I have a nice Mohawk rcvr but the front end section has been previously torn apart by some do-gooder!  I have the circuit for it, but before I can rebuild it back to specs I need to actually SEE (and photograph) a "normal" Mohawk front end section. This section was supplied with the original kits as a preassembled unit from an outside vendor, so there are no step-by-step "wire by wire" directions in the RX manual. I am in northwest NJ, and can travel a bit to see a complete RX-1 if needed. I want to give this unit to a young man who is an aspiring ham but it needs to work first. Before I get a bunch of negative comments about the RX-1 in general (I am very familiar with these units!) understand that any working RX-1 is a lot better than any non-working one!!!  Please reply off line to Don, W2DL, at  lawshd@blair.edu
