Does anyone have a catalog/handbook of ballast tubes and their data?

Amperite has a datasheet online but it does not give the voltage range for the tubes.

There are some online references, most are older types relatively speaking.

some partial decodement:

type
7H-10

7 = 700mA range
H=high? it is a 750mA tube
-
10 = threshold voltage. the tube will take 10-30V though.

There is more to this story.. would be nice to have the manual on the products.
