Try changing the length of the feedline or make the antenna shorter.

Try adding a few meters to see if anything happens. sometimes the tuner has a problem with a feeder lenght when the SWR goes up.

I connect my LDG DTS6 antenna 1 50 ohm dummy load and open tuner its no problem no flash and no disable... I use homamade rotary dipole and SWR is good 7030 khz. but upper 7100 is high my swr. I think my antenna empedance higher than 150 ohm or lower than 10 ohm ? because icom internal tuner macth 20 to 150 ohm. how to update my antenna empadance 20 - 150 ohm ?
