Was I hearing W1VTP on the beverage this evening?
Horrible QRN here. Not worth firing the rig up.

At least I was punching through - sort of.  Thanks for the sig report!

Great talking to the crowd tonight on 3880, Jeff, Todd, Pete, 151 watt Fred (had a hard time keeping Fred awake) Eric.  Gee, did I forget anyone?  We had chain Senior Moments  going 'round the round table.

Al,

I did have at least one eye open at all times.  Although, I haven't figure out how to keep at least one ear open at all times.  Hopefully, it would be my one good ear.

Yep, I knew I was having a senior moment when I grabbed the mouse instead of the mike, and started talking into it. All you guys sounded loud and clear on the outside speaker as the dog walked me around the back yard (at midnight) later. I wonder if we all woke the neighbors  Grin

It was a great group last night, a lot of interesting stuff and excellent signals that were armchair copy for the most part. You were the low guy on the totem pole Pete, *only* 10-20 over. Jeff/'NBC was the channel master down this way averaging +40 to +50 at times.

Not sure what you were running Al as I came in after that discussion, but you were loud down here too. In fact, I heard you stronger here than when I was your neighbor up north! Your last transmission when you popped back in around 2:20 was +40. And plenty of audio.

Fred sounded great too, with his 120 watt promotion. Think that was the first time we worked since the rig upgrade. Also the first time I worked Eric in a year or more.

I was surprised to hear as much static down here as I did. No problems with the group as everyone was between 10-40 over S9. Overall, another great night/morning on 75m.
