one benefit of such tubes is that you can build "Manhattan-style" on
an aluminum rack shelf like the 19"x14" one shown below.

Yeah...Ron is dedicated (and tough)...I worked him on 160 during the Heavy Metal Rally..He was in his unheated shack at 10 degrees with only his transmitter to keep him warm....The rig sounds great Ron!
