Pat, you want to speak with Dave Stinson AB5S. He's a member here and knows quite a bit about these little RCA ferry sets. I
think it was one of the sets used in ferrying bombers and other WWII aircraft overseas, but don't take my word for it. Could be from a pre-war Piper for all I know.
