choose wisely, Luke! Cheesy

Most of these - and this may be a China import with a label slapped on - have very limited input voltage range and tolerance to over voltages... so far. This one seems to like 4v max on the X1 input...

other than that very nice stuff to have DSP in the form of a computer on the other side of ur probe.

But the worlds are merging...

looking at the lower end model, the MSO-19, it says, "Some of our beta testers liked the triggering so much that they said they would use it as a trigger box for their expensive standalone oscilloscopes."

Hmmm, based upon another thread in QSO section, it sure seems that high end scopes only need a high end operator to set the trigger controls.  Grin

Welp, don't know about you guys but high end scopes aren't really needed in our realm and I don't have the bux anyhow. But this tech is up an coming so for the price I get
my feet wet and learn a new system that is the future.

ALot of these USB O scopes are the same.  Most are made in china.  I did some research and found that they are either 40mhz, 60 or 100.

The thing to look when buying one of these is some are one channel. Some are two channel and the trigger is CH1.  Some have ch1, ch2 and a EXT jack that can be set for the trigger.

I am going to test the later soon.  You can tell this model as it has three BNCs. It also has the Spec AN function.  I am going to mount a flat panel monitor (I get them free or cheap) in my shack on the wall.  Then use this USB scope to monitor anything I transmit in the shack on the monitor.

Go to Ebay and search for 120580745730

And you can look over the software.
