Swan 350 10-Meter Kit?

I was given this radio (as well as a few other goodies!) and downloaded the manual.  I hope to get it on the air soon, howver, I had a question: what was the 10-meter kit and, if anyone knows, what did it consist of?  I doubt any of these are available any more, but it would be neat to know what it was, and the parts/procedure so one could get more of the 10-meter band.
