Are FETs supposed to glow like that?

Not to dredge up a bunch of smelly slime from the bottom of the Belgrade Lakes.....

But, has anyone heard of any further actions since the affirmation of the NAL, NOV etc. That happened over a year ago....

The MAN's FCC record still says "...pending renewal application..."


Just curious, wondering just HOW SLOW cases like this can progress.
