I was on Wednesday night until 0700 GMT this morning and worked a good number of stations in the 3700s.

Listened around 3870, the western AM channel, but nothing heard.

Hope you guys are moving around, looking.

Will be on again tonight. POWERING UP NOW  0230 GMT

The thunderstorm map is absolutely clear at the moment. Wow.

Last night we tossed signals between Tum Tum, Maine, Baltimore and Chicago.
Some static crashes from a system along Texas/Louisiana up to Oklahoma, but no big.

OK guys,
This coast to coast thing is armchair copy?? You know, sit back, the carrier meter is showing S-9 Roll Eyes??
Or are we sitting up in the operating chair constantly tweeking antennas or switching beverages, S-2 or 3 static crashes and SSB stations 2kc away    Angry The headphones on with all kinds of DSP to rid the signal of junk filling the airwaves over the 2000 mi path?
I had a petty nice QSO with Bill, KD0HG........please read "CONTACT KD0HG" post.
Thanks
