Sounds like I need a lot more C.  On 160 I used the whole inductor with  less C than you had on 75. I'm running lower Z feedline too. On 160 I had just a bit
less than double your lengths.
On 75 i got closest to a match with full mesh on the cap and padder added I should have tried the larger padder. fc
