The group in Newington wants to open the 5Mc band to CW, PSK31 and Pactor III.
Also seeks to relax channelized rules

Petition filed with the FCC, dated Oct. 10th.

Turnabout is fair play.  Howsabout they petition to open 30 meters to phone usage?
