Gerritsen sentenced

Seven years in Federal prison, a fine, and 2 yrs. probation on release. If he lasts that long (he's pushing 70). I don't think the Feds have early release, either.

The FCC and DOJ move slowly but apparently they do carry a big stick.

I haven't been on the air for a while (shack remodeling)... what's happening with the "Other" jammer (everyone's favorite 1-land operator)?

It sounds like the courts weremore than fair in this case. They apparently gave  him quite a few  chances to live his life as he deems fit but without bothering others. Apparently trhat was not enough and he continued badgering others with his activities. I hate to see anyone got to jail but in this case it seems like he has nobody to blame but himself.
