Well it finally made it below $2.00/ gal. here.  Got down to $1.989 yesterday.  It may be short-lived, however,  I just saw one of the stations that was at $1.989 raised it back to $2.15 today.  I guess we need to enjoy this price break while it lasts.  I'm sure there will be a number of reasons/excuses why it needs to go back up again soon.  Aint life grand?  Oh well, I guess I would probably be spending those extra bucks on useless things like boatanchors.  Might as well contribute to the wealth of the oil companies and the speculators.  Hey, maybe that's not a bad idea!  Invest in big oil!  It surely will go up.   Grin

Better save it to pay for heating fuel this winter.  I haven't checked local prices lately, but I'd bet propane and heating oil haven't seen a comparable 33.3% drop.

I should get off the computer and check it out, and if it has dropped precipitously like 'oline, call in an order to get my tank filled before it goes back up again.
