I have been reading about 6m transmitters.  I was wondering if there are any impressions regarding the performance difference between older rigs that cover 80-6m (specifically Globe Scout Deluxe and Gonset G76) and rigs of similar vintage that were built dedicated to 6m (specifically Clegg Zeus and Drake TR-6).  I suspect the former will be a performance compromise for the flexibility offered, while the latter will be a flexibility compromise for the performance offered.  Any opinions/experience would be welcome.
