That front panels got to be Eddystone.  - Yep, its an Eddystone S700 . Probably the one on the Queen Mary . 1 of about 200 produced in mid 50s .  15hz to 31 Mhz.

Yes, it is from the Queen Mary!



And thank you for the tip, I've found the information: Stratton-built IMR.54 still on
RMS ‘Queen Mary’ at Long Beach CA
