Looks like the other guy got fired?  Memerbership recruiting may become the most important job of all for their survival.

Well, you take over your cousin's W1AW mgr job and I'll do the membership. Maybe Apeman can take over as Prez. G can take Sumner's job.  It'll be a ball! We'll see how fast we can burn ourselves out in this hobby...  [all radio... all day, all night]    Roll Eyes     
We'll build it bigger than the NRA. Maybe even give the I-A-R-N a run for it's money.

Use an "AM Courtesy Filter" to limit transmit audio bandwidth  +-4.5 KHz, +-6.0 KHz or +-8.0 KHz when needed.  Easily done in DSP.

Joe is doing a fine job, I don't want it but I would take over tha lab and build some real projects.  Imagine a Mr ugly amplifier project. Or how about electronic countermeasures for those pesky slop buckets. software controlled SBE rig driven by a nice dirty DDS.
