Hey, Brent,--
I do like that quote, cause there IS a lot of truth to that,(about a box of parts)
and it leading to building stuff.

Back in the early 70`s --I was trying to sell parts at fleamarkets,(and give some away)
and nobody wanted parts,--just "competed equipment"--so I just decided then,
rather than throw them away,--I might just as well use them myself to build stuff,
(lots of qrp equipment)

In that process I had a lot of fun, and learned a
little to boot.(so these guys who did not want these parts did me a favor after all).
I geuss its like," if you want to feed a man for a day, give him lunch"--but if
you want to feed a man for life",--"TEACH him how to fish".
