You need power tube data sheets?  Have I got a site for you, OM.

Here's a large collection of original sheets and operating parameters, many from Eimac.  Click on either triode or tetrode at the top of the home page and go to town.

Yes, Bill's correct... an 8877 is really a 3CX1500A7.  A Hi-mu triode designed for GG linear service.  But  "8877" is the common designation.  The 4CX-1500B is also a very clean tetrode for grid driven linear service too. In big demand.

Use an "AM Courtesy Filter" to limit transmit audio bandwidth  +-4.5 KHz, +-6.0 KHz or +-8.0 KHz when needed.  Easily done in DSP.

All you guys were correct. it's the 8877. Thanks Tom for the new tube site. I want to sell a socket on epay but I want to make sure it's the correct one. It could have been for a PL-172 which may be the same size + - something. This has the micro sw on it for the air flow and caps etc. It's a nice one.
