The Massachusetts Attorney General has intervened in one of our snooty coastal community's attempt to regulate ham radio towers.

That's good news. My attention was drawn to removal of the structure "if the use is discontinued for six months". Seems to me ifins ya got some wire hanging on it it's in use!

The zoning czars in rural PA are out of control on these issues. Our zoning officers in Lancaster County are occupied by folks that cannot hold down any other job.

Remember my tower in Brickerville? The place you and PW and co visited. Every spring I would get a letter stating I had 30 days to remove the structure or be fined for every day beyond those 30 days. I would return the letter with a note attached (contents top secret!) and the address of the FCC. I lived there about ten years and took it down only to move.

Got those pix?
