It's not looking very promising for Friday and Saturday, as of Tuesday morning...

This was bound to happen ...after a very dry summer when does the rain decide to show up?  Fall Hosstraders of course!   Still hoping that it won't be too bad...

We've actually been pretty lucky overall since moving to Hopkinton from Rochester. A couple years back even, it rained so hard one night that the Old Man in the Mountain's face slid off, but Saturday was a nice day. It's defintely been more dry than wet, but maybe it just took this long for the Rain Gods to find us.

The asskicker is that we're having record high temps here in Vermont today, and yesterday was in the low 80s. Amazing what a difference a few days can make.  Roll Eyes

It's looking like the temps will be decent at least on Friday. Mid 70s with a chance of showers later in the day. If the system would just slow down a bit, Saturday might turn out okay too. It'll be a good time regardless; catching up with folks, story time, and the unknown item you didn't even know you needed that manages to follow you home....

Friday is the day, showers by night fall changing to rain over night.
