Why are the dates and times  of posts out of order?  Is there a way to make them appear in order?
How does one reply to a post?  I don't see a reply button anywhere.
How does one login to the AV portal.  I keep getting kicked out.
How does one change things in their profile?
Can one change the look or skin  of the BBS?

That's all for now..
Thanks.

There are several items in the process of being corrected...please have patience.
There are no alternate skins to choose from.
The A/V portal is awaiting a new script from the software writer.
The reply button is just above the post.....that's how I replied to your query.

Hi Jay,
That's interesting...  The reply buttons now show up on the posts that didn't have reply buttons on them earlier.  I couldn't even reply to my own post just after posting it.  Strange but it seems to be working now.

OK on the process of correcting things.  I wasn't aware there may be some bugs to be worked out still.

Thanks.

HI Bob

Yes there are several modules that are not working correctly. The most obvious being the profile area. You do not have any options available to you as they are not there.

The Black background isn't supposed to be black.

No Smileys.

The permissions are not all set.

There are links in the handbook that need to be corrected.

The admins can't select and offer moderator privs at this point , and so on.

My main concern was getting all the data transfered with no loss (accomplished) and getting the BBS back online ASAP (accomplished). The rest is just fine tuning.

Overall the process was smooth. I expected a few problems and we are currently working them out.

If you find any other bugs let us know

Although I know you guys are busy troubleshooting and migrating the new board, I would have thought my "Johnny Novice" rank would have been right up there towards the top of your priorities.

I am sad and disappointed it didn't make the migration, along with Bill's "President and Founder of MSDS" rank.

Seriously, great job on the seamless transition.  Your work in providing this valuable resource for the community is genuinely appreciated.

Hi Gary,
Thanks for the update and most of all thanks for your efforts and the efforts of the others too.  Despite the few minor things that need to be worked out everything is pretty damn good.  I like the look, the new features and forum seems to be more responsive than the last.   I did a little exploring, more so than yesterday, and found a bunch of cool features.  I like this. Thanks.
