Despite persistent rumors that she's leaving the agency, the FCC Commissioner said this morning that she'll be staying on until President Bush names her replacement. In addition to the vacancy left by former Chairman Michael Powell's departure, Abernathy's term has expired, and she is not seeking a renomination.
