But it is only up in the wee hours when the bots are sleeping.

I can't help but wonder if free access was eliminated, and all queries and posts required user logon with passwords, would the bots be curtailed, restoring normal forum operation without the need for a massive, complicated, and expensive upgrade?

All the years of historical and technical information remain inaccessible during sane hour of the day in the western hemisphere.  If access controls were instituted, perhaps the forum could remain alive a few more solar odometer clicks.

What say, administrators?   Has anything done to diagnose the root cause of the failure, and is any resolution on the horizon?  There are still many folks awaiting a solution!

Budly, glad you're vertical.

I can't believe it's up now at 1123AM. I haven't been able to log in for well over 2 months.

Yes Bob, it is now 11:49 AM EDT, and the site is responsive if jabbed.

But I also QSYed to QRZ.  FB OM   QSL?

Still Monitoring this URL in hopes that normal propagation might someday be restored!

Welcome back! Well, I haven't been here much, myself, with the site being down most of the time.
Very sorry to hear about the lymphoma. Heartfelt prayers and good wishes.
Let?s all count our blessings, each and every day!

I've contributed to this forum in the past, and I'd be more than happy to become a paid subscriber if it meant regaining full-time access.

QSL, Rick!

I just checked the last time any of the admins logged in. The month of May is the most recent admin log in.  I think it's fair to say AMFone has been pretty much on life support at this point.

Buddly, somehow I missed your statement about the lymphoma in the first post. Sorry to hear that, but praying for full recovery and continued good health.

As a moderator I generally check in, and check the action, almost every day but I'm also a night owl.
