Yes, this is the original W3AM Ranger as modified by Gary Blau (SK), a broadcast engineer, and as written about here and on other sites as well.  It has been meticulously maintained, is in great physical and electrical condition and comes with many of Gary's original diagrams, notes, and markups; it looks totally stock on the outside.
