I received my advanced ticket a few weeks ago and only opened the envelope today.  It says in the order sheet enclosed that if your ordered a tailgating pass, there would be a voucher also enclosed that you would exchange for the pass upon arrival to the venue.  I did purchase a pass, but I only have the ticket in my envelope, no voucher. Anyone else in the same boat? On the order it does list my pass purchase...I'm hoping that is enough to get the pass.

I received a voucher with mine—it's printed on yellow paper.
Sounds like maybe someone forgot to put it in the envelope.
This close to the show, I hope you can get things straightened out. Good luck.

When going to the Nearfest website, the "contact us" section is empty...no email, phone number, nothing..

The order sheet that was enclosed does state that I did buy a tailgate pass..like I said, I hope that's enough.

I would think that if you showed them the official order sheet on their paper and with their letterhead and all, rather than a copy that you made yourself, they'd honor that.
Perhaps Mr. Mike will see this and chime in?

Just saw it now. Better late than never.
The vouchers were exchanged for the passes you purchased when you arrived.  Phil and Kelley have instituted some new procedures for ticketing that have streamlined the functions, made them more efficient and less work for the volunteers.  This is a work in progress and there is a learning curve but as witnessed this past weekend they are working well and 99.9% of the attendees are happy.

Yes indeed, Mr. Mike, and you can count me as one of the 99.9% who were very happy. A very good show. Thanks to you, Phil, Kelly, Paul, and all the Nearfest team. Nice job!

It all worked out. I told the "gatekeeper" about my issue and she gave me my tailgate pass with no issue. She did ask for my receipt that was in the envelope, I assume to check why the voucher was not in mine..

I'm glad that worked out for you. I figured they'd be understanding about it.
