I have an LM-14 I would like to get working.  Does anyone know the filament and plate voltages necessary for this model? Plenty of info on the web for most other models but not the "14".  A schematic and manual would also be very helpful.

seems all the LM’s are the same except for means of powering
them. The LM-13 manual on the web has charts comparing the
various versions.

Power supplies are easy to make if you didn't get one with it. Just regulate the B+.  The suffix just means the purchase contract and who made it.  Hopefully you got the cal. booklet with it. They are serial number matched to the instrument.  These make a pretty nice VFO with a buffer amp or a way of spotting a frequency exactly when using a BA receiver that has miles between dial marks (most Hammarlunds and Hallicrafters...)

I use an LM18 meter as NVH does above.  Here is some information that may be helpful.
