Found the knobs.  Thanks to Jim, KW3U

Would like to buy at least one original knob for my Globe Scout 65A. The picture shows what it looks like.
I think the knobs on any version Globe Scout 65 and a Globe Chief 90 are the same.

I would also be interested in a complete parts Globe Scout 65.
