I have a LM-13 frequency meter with an external AC supply CBLC-20104A, the supply appears at one time to have been out fitted with a panel meter? The supply right now has a light bulb installed where a panel meter was my question is were LM frequency meters power supplies ever shipped with a panel meter?

There was a shortage of panel meters when these were made so the panel is drilled for one but as delivered, most had a metal plate covering the hole with a lamp bulb and slit metal lamp hood in the middle.  Most of mine have the lamp and no meter.   The meter really isn't necessary anyway.
