Found these old-style new-manufacture wires by the spool. Maybe it will help someone.
Made to imitate 1930s wire.
Not all is UL listed -best to check.

Radio Daze sells 600v rated cloth covered wire in 20 and 22AWG.  They are great folks and I encourage buying from them, as I have.
