As received — except the outer shipping box is open.  Everything inside the box is still in its original cellophane wrap.  This version did not include the phantom power supply, but does include the USB interface, cables, boom, etc.  Mic has black housing w/gold screen.

$20.00 shipped lower 48, PayPal only.
