I know it’s a tuner network but who made it and what was it used in ? Anyone with any info?

it's a National MB-20 multi-band tank...it predates the MB-40L (fixed link) and MB-40SL (swinging link) units whose manual you can find in the Tech section of the AMWindow here. I believe that the MB20 and the MB40L (fixed link) are electrically identical.
