B & W 2500A

Acquired from an estate, have a B&W 2500A amplifier.  Honkin' big dude.  It works - well - output, etc. okay but the keying circuit plays games.  Key it up one or two times and all is well but about the third time - no go.  Disconnect AC, start over - same situation. 

Also have a defunct RED power switch.  Should be fun to build that. 

Any help or ideas?   This bear needs to be on the air !
