Yo Bro, what is da freq of dat repeteer ? I hear some guys here in the Albany, NY are on slop bucket on Sunday nights, other than that, nothing on 6. Some other group operates slop bucket on the free band somewhere between 11 and 10 meters also in this area. Pretty quiet otherwise........

Years ago there was a nightly get together (7 PM ) on 50.4 in Albany and a few guys on ssb, maybe 50.145?

Here in the Syracuse area there is activity on the 53.67 (103.5 PL)....
The 53.05 in Auburn
7pm Tues, 7pm Wed a few nets..AWA net and a swap net.
50.137 gets used alot and sometimes .400 AM

THE Syracuse rptr is way high above gnd..give it a kerchunk....its on the wsyr tv tower i think.

Yeah, KD2Sl got permission to use the old bat wing channel 3 antenna for it. It's waaaay up there. I hear it down in Ithaca quite well. Funky polarization though.

That's the first time I ever heard of a TV station doing that and that is very nice of them to do so! I'll have to take my Gonset 50 MC rig to a mountain top along with an inverter and string up a ground plane ant and see if I can hit it?  Wait a minute, my rig is AM so I guess I am SOL?

It also looks like they have a ten meter repeater on the same antenna? Has that changed or is it still working? What is the input freq, tone etc? I can get on ten FM.
