FS 1- SP-600 JX-1 this is for an old rcvr been sitting for many to years.this is a parts or restorer radio.when hooked up smell resistors burning.found bad cap replaced.the caps look odd a white or beige body w/ 3 strips. then more smoke from a bad cap in the turret assembly found another bad cap. replace res & cap. still saw more smoke from another part. so i gave up on this dont think i have enough years left to fix and the parts are hard to get to.this one needs a younger and more patience ham.it does have some low noise from spk. very dirty on top but the bottom looks good. this to is a picker up.no ship.but i plan to come to manasas hamfest i could bring it there. i hope pending on the condx of xyl she has been sick.again this is a parts radio sold as is. $100 no cabinet or spk. tnx Randy K4RHH in central va
