I have been hearing some nice AM activity on 7290 and 7295 KC.  I am rock bound so have only been able to call CQ on 7275 the past few nights--no takers despite one hour of calling CQ.  My 7290 and 7295 crystals should arrive soon!

I am generally on from 10:00 P.M. EST until 11:00 P.M. or so during the weekdays--sometimes earlier.   I am using my Lettine 240.  I plan to try again this evening--maybe around 9:00ish--and likely the rest of the week.

I sometimes call on 7.290 about that time.

Talk to ED N5AEA other night.

I could hear you but just barely.  I just finished a QSO with Roy, KB5MD, almost immediately after you cleared.  I called CQ several times and he returned.  KB5MD was a solid 59+ but noise was getting progressively worse.  My modest station was doing surprisingly well this evening--Lettine 240 and a folded dipole up 30'.

Quiet this morning here in northern VA but just heard Nick/VE3OWV from north of the border booming in like a local. He was talking with Rupe who I couldn't hear at all. Though I was just hearing W4MEC light copy from NC to the south.

Have been hearing some interesting stuff late night on the BCB, too. Must be that period of seasonal change having some effect.
